ENDORSEMENTS PUBLIC STATEMENT: Endorsement of Professor Bill Kauffman for UM Board of Regents FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE January 8, 2012 Contact: Darren Weeks Govern America PO Box 368 Parma, Michigan 49269 Tel: 517-879-4630 Email: darren@darrenweeks.net PUBLIC ENDORSEMENT OF PROFESSOR C.W. KAUFFMAN FOR UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN BOARD OF REGENTS Statement by Darren Weeks I have been a professional radio and television broadcaster since 1991. Much of my career has involved network-affiliated television news operations and, in recent years, a major academic institution. I am also a long-time national radio talk show host, the venue of which I have attempted to use to expose and root out corruption in government and the loss of American freedoms. I have long been concerned with what I perceive to be flippant and careless security at our national laboratories, universities, and military installations especially with regard to communist Chinese espionage. These security concerns were validated in part, in the congressional Cox Report of May 1999. In more recent days, I've become even more alarmed at what I perceive to be an open courting of Chinese nationals without regard to their background, or affiliations -- including affiliations with China's Peoples Liberation Army. There seems to be an apparent and persistent denial on the part of many in government, media, business, and academia of the reality of the threat of allowing foreign nationals, and especially the communist Chinese, access to sensitive information that can be used against the United States militarily. I have met Professor Bill Kauffman, have interviewed him repeatedly on my national radio show, and have had numerous conversations and correspondence with him. I am convinced that he is thoroughly dedicated to academic excellence, and just as importantly, understands the security concerns are genuine and will work toward the fortification of security to protect sensitive military information, and academic research projects, from falling into the wrong hands. I wholeheartedly endorse Professor C.W. Kauffman for University of Michigan Board of Regents. # View Press Release Here |
I hear about you on WAAM Radio from Dr. Janda.
Since you have his strong endorsement you also have mine. Precinct Delegate PCT-10, Canton, MI. I have seen the Chinese take over first the small aircraft engine industry then the major small aircraft makers and as we continue to deficit spend Chinese money comes back into the US to take over other weak industries. That would not be so much a concern if it were not for the links/controls many of these Chinese companies have with the PLA of China. Every 6 months another small industry gets swallowed by these cross linked companies. The current 2012 thrust appears to be aimed at weak tier one auto suppliers. James Dresbach Dr. Kauffman is absolutly the most qualified candidate to "SERVE" on this board of Regents. His intellect is prudent and bold to address the complexities of this prestegious institution of higher learning. His leadership capacity and wisdom will secure this academic institution for generations to come. During my professional career I have worked with some of our nations top leadership in the US Congress, Pentagon and FBI, Dr.Kauffman's character and skills and credentials are life long achievements which the U of M needs now more than ever! The best news is he in NOT a politican ! My wife and I had the honor and responsibility to conduct nationwide seminars with these honorable military professionals who have many of the same concerns on national security as our candidate for U of M Regent Dr. Kauffman; including US Air Force General Ben Partin [ret], US Army General Ed Wheeler [ret], Al Cuppett US Army & Action Officer, Joint Chiefs of Staff (Retired), US Army Colonel Jim Ammerman, FBI Division Chief Ted Gunderson [ret], NY Times best selling author Jerome Corsi, Dr. Stephen Houston MI6 Great Britian / National Center for Intelligence and Counter Terrorism [ret] http://endoftheamericandream.com/archives/china-wants-to-construct-a-50-square-mile-self-sustaining-city-south-of-boise-idaho Philip Bareham I support Professor Kauffman's efforts to stop the espionage of the Chinese Communists in our US Colleges and Universities, begining with the University of Michigan, where it appears to be a HUGE PROBLEM, and a threat to our national security and national defense. As such, I whole heartedly endorse professor Kauffman for Regent. David Rooch Founder Conservative Media Center (newswire to over 500 top conservative media organizations and leaders across the Country) David Rooch I heard Dr. Kauffman speak at a Clinton County Town Hall Meeting, March, 2012. Everyone needs to be aware of the information he has to share regarding the University of Michigan, state of Michigan, U.S. and China relationships. We need more people of this man's caliber and character in decision-making positions. I will vote for him as a Regent at the U of M. Janet Dennings A much needed voice and advocate for local business owners and their employees, I endorse Professor Kauffman. Paulette Goetz Nobody is more committed to making the UM back to a top college. It has been raped for the past 20 years. Daniel McHugh I personally know and have worked in advocacy with Dr. Kauffman. I believe that he has great integrity, is a consummate "American" patriot, and one who is a dedicated educator. I strongly endorse his run for Regent of the University of Michigan.
