UNIVERSITIES CRUMBLE FROM WITHIN LIKE NATIONS

The sweet and kind Chinese faces line the streets of provinces across the great countryside not giving a hint as to the ugliness of life under totalitarian Chinese Communist leadership. With a “true war against women” and the wholesale slaughter raging on the unborn, modern China, with a semblance of Western Democratic principles—yet without the substance— attempts to posture itself as an emerging free-market state. In reality, however, China remains the bulwark of Marxist, totalitarian, despotic control and corruption.
In a world of economic dogma pursued by the radical “Progressive” agenda of economic redistribution pushing the United States toward ultimate ruin like unto the country of Greece, China continues to progress mostly on the data recovered from stolen proprietary information and technology gleaned by hacking, using spies in universities, cyber-terrorism on industry and using a well organized spy network in the United States Government and American industry. It survives also by requiring companies like General Motors to hand over 51% of its holdings of Cadillac Division when it moved there. How totally blind and filled with greed can a company be to sell its American birthright, then glorify the history of the Chinese Communist Party by supporting the making of a video glorifying the founding of the CCP? Bloomberg News reports, (“American Universities Infected by foreign Spies Detected by FBI”, Daniel Golden, April 8, 2012), “Hearkening back to Cold War anxieties, growing signs of spying on U.S. Universities are alarming national security officials. As schools become more global in their locations and student populations, their culture of openness and international collaboration makes them increasingly vulnerable to theft of research conducted for the government and industry….We have intelligence and cases indicating that U.S. universities are indeed a target of foreign intelligence services”, said Frank Figliuzzi of the FBI.
Americans are beginning to recognize this threat and react accordingly. Yet, the globalists yearning to be free of free and fair markets and competition, seeks solitude in the “arms of tyranny” not knowing it is for their economic souls”! Communist China is dealing off the bottom of the economic deck and someone in the game is going to get hurt.
Whether it be an American Governor with companies with questionable ties passing technologies possibly without the proper export licenses, attempting to by-pass the American people with an end-run around the state legislature to put through a public bridge deal that may give the Red Chinese the lowest bid, inviting the Chinese Communist government to “invest in and acquire” business concerns in his state or as one might conclude—working behind the scenes to create a “China City” to invite students from China to come here and access the University of Michigan ahead of Michigan students, (with a Communist Chinese flag proposed to fly ON AMERICAN SOIL),… the American people are taking note and will respond at the polls. Jobs and economic security we need, but not at the expense of fair trade and American owned and run industry putting Americans to work again. Selling out this state and country to a Communist regime whose time is far too long spent, is not the answer. The CCP only exists today because the United States props it up by economic means. It would not continue to exist and murder, abort, sanction, imprison, humiliate, demean and silence its own citizens if the Western nations said, “ENOUGH”!
The Chinese are a wonderful people! The Chinese Communist government is vile! The University of Michigan is a great university—at least it once was! What is needed today is a change of direction from within the hallowed halls of academe. Real leadership on the Board of Regents is necessary. This will require new blood….new leadership that does not seek office to end otherwise heralded political careers or feather professional nests. What is needed is a truly education oriented Board that understands American values and promotes good international relations but gives no quarter to our enemies foreign or domestic.
The question is, “Is it too late?”
Universities crumble from within like nations. In this case, it’s all the same!
